The last one was on the grassy area near Laurel Beach where the phone booth used to be and the fishing derby awards are given out and where... whatever that place is called in front of that white house.

Excuse my ignorance as our property is over in 10 acres. Is the beach the one beside the Eastbourne dock? We were thinking of bringing our things by boat to the dock. Would access to the actual trading site be easy?

The grassy area just west of the pay phone above maple beach in front of the Pay's Cabin.
